Explore a Few of my Favorite Things

Business Tools

Eccolo Notebooks
I especially love the designs that feature nature and adventure themes, so that even when I have to take a meeting inside, the joy I feel when I travel or adventure outside is close by. I typically have at least one in my purse and another in my suitcase. IÂ love keeping one for each client.

Pencils: Blackwing Pearls
I’m a pencil and paper kind of girl and these pencils stand the test of time and the taxing nature of travel. The white reminds me that anything is possible and the slightly pearly finish reminds me that magic comes from our hearts, souls, and our hands, especially when we are writing furiously with passion.

Yeti Microphone
Crystal clear for Zoom calls, virtual events, podcasting, and more. Durable, travel-friendly, fun color options

Computer Lights
Fantastic lighting that can fit on top of your monitor or laptop with multiple colors and brightness options. I have used these daily for years and they continue to stand the test of time… and darkness, especially on stormy Florida afternoons during hurricane season ;)

Kajabi
Awesome platform for founders and creators – easy to use for both builder and user. Great customer support and user community for peer-to-peer learning as well. Build your website, hosts your courses, connect with your community all in one place.

Trello
Project management and productivity hub for teams (distributed, hybrid, or in-person). It's very easy to learn, a great way to bring new people into a team, and help them see the big picture alongside each person’s roles and responsibilities. Free to start, progressive pricing to scale if needed.
Energy Tools

Frequency Playlist
Often refer this full playlist or specific frequencies  to clients for use during their morning routines or meditation practices. Sound has a profound impact on us as humans. I urge leaders to experiment with how to upgrade and enhance their performance with frequencies.

Leela Quantum Tech
I use the following wellness products: carry quantum energy frequency cards, and wear a capsule necklace charged with quantum energy to optimize my wellbeing from the inside out, literally from the cellular level.

Pure Energy Apothecary, Aromatherapy
Handcrafted, plant-based, made in Vermont in small batches - I have consistently been using these products for years: Natural All-Purpose Lotion, Sea Salt Scrub, Body Oil, and Essential Oil Roll-On in Lavender, Essential Oil Roll-On in Satsuma, Magnesium Whipped Body Butter, and their clean Shield Wall Insect Repellent that smells AMAZING and works better than anything I have ever used in my life!

Qualia
Supplements designed to increase our vitality and longevity. Favorites include NAD+ to enhance energy at the cellular level and combat the aging process AND Senolytic to remove “zombie” cells and age better at the cellular level.

Danger Coffee
Mold-free, remineralized with more than 50 trace minerals, nutrients, and electrolytes that rehydrates, replenishes, and reenergizes. I start every day with at least 1 cup! My favorite blend in the morning is the Medium Roast, and in the afternoon I enjoy the Dark Roast.Â

Gratitude Journal
Written and published during the time I was married and went by Amanda Kathryn Roman. Designed to equip changemakers to begin to purposefully unlock their potential to live well and do good in the boardroom and beyond. Science has proven that gratitude builds relationships, improves physical and psychological health, enhances empathy while reducing aggression, helps you sleep better, increases self-esteem, and heightens mental strength.
Brain Food

Curated teachers, tools, and routines to support you on your growth journey including Brendon Burchard, Ed Mylett, Mel Robbins, Trent Shelton, Natalie Ellis, Anthony Trucks, Koya Webb, and more… AND 24/7 access to an award-winning AI Life Coach.Â

Eat That Frog! By Brian Tracy
Eat That Frog! By Brian Tracy - An incredible book that is easy to read because it is packed with actionable strategies on how to be more productive with your time as a leader at home, work, and play. This is one of the books I recommend to clients that are struggling with time management or seeking an extra edge.

The Entrepreneur Rollercoaster by Darren Hardy
From someone who has built more than a dozen successful businesses (and a few failures), his book helps reminds us of the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial lifestyle, that we are not alone, and that we have much more control over our progress when we harness the power of our mindset. You will learn insights from Darren and more than a dozen of the most successful business leaders in the world. I recommend this book on an almost daily basis.

High Performance Habits by Brendon Burchard
Rooted in a multi-year study and interviews with 175,000 leaders that spanned 190 countries, the habits that lead to a higher level of performance in all aspects of life are detailed. I was one of the leaders surveyed for this book and I love the way habits and strategies are broken down to help the reader unlock their full potential.

Dave Asprey’s The Human Upgrade Podcast
I’ve followed Dave for over a decade and I have had the opportunity to meet and talk with him on a few occasions. He continues to be one of the most curious, intelligent, and kind people I have every encountered. His podcast is easy to listen to while he introduces and examines a variety of ways to upgrade ourselves. This one is on repeat often in our home.

Rich Roll’s Roll On Podcast
I have learned from some of the most paradigm-shifting and innovative outliers by listening to Rich Roll’s podcast. He himself is an incredible testament to the strength of the human spirit, and his guests engage in intimate conversations during each episode where you can’t help but leave with a desire – and a pathway – to unleash at the next level. I like to listen to these episodes with a warm cup of tea in a cozy chair that has a view of the trees outside so that I can really focus and be ready to take notes.
Wanderlust Tools

Hats!
I always have a hat (or two… or even three) with me. I love them and have a few favorite brands - they have become a part of my wanderlust style over the years. Â
Stetson – especially the Open Road Royal Deluxe in Silverbelly|
Gigi Pip – especially the Zephyr and Monroe Ranchers
Hampui Hats – unique, customizable, mindful
’47 Brand – Made by paisans - I LOVE the Clean Up relaxed strap back style

Healthy Human Stainless Steel Curve Water Bottle
A good, reliable water bottle is key. For me, proper hydration is a must, and I found a water bottle that meets, and exceeds, all my expectations! Everyone in my family loves them, and we each have one in our favorite color. You can even mix and match the lids depending on your preference.

Zip Pouches
I carry the essentials with me for tech and comfort, and I like to spark moments of joy throughout my day, so I LOVE to pick up zip pouches from my travels that have inspirational quotes, replicas of my favorite pieces of art, or nature imagery.
The MET in NYC is one of my happiest places, and I have a few of these pouches on rotation right now.

Athleta
These athleisure clothes are my favorite to travel (and work out) in. They are a B-Corp that practices Conscious Capitalism, have great range when it comes to movement and style, they wash well, and they are led by a strong female CEO, Maggie Gauger.

Scout Curated Wears
I have numerous pieces from Scout, but I find that I always reach for a few of my wraps before any trip. I can wear them as a bracelet or necklace. And even better, they have a gemstone that I select based on my goals for each trip, and they can be dressed up or down.

Sneex
I might travel in Athleta but once I arrive, I LOVE to slip into my Sneex! Engineered and made by my entrepreneurial lady-crush, Sara Blakely (founder of Spanx), these sneakers with heels are truly a modern marvel!
Comfy and stylish - I literally cannot wear them without women - and men -Â asking about them. I own The Icon in camel and black and The Tepper in varsity green.
Community Connections

Conscious Capitalism
This is a professional association of conscious corporate leaders that value higher purpose, conscious leadership and culture, and stakeholder capitalism. It was an honor to serve as the chief strategy and innovation officer for this national nonprofit, and I often recommend that clients check out the local chapters and events to meet like-minded business leaders.

B-Corps
Another global movement dedicated to building local economics that prioritize people and the planet is the B-Corp Movement. I have had the privilege of working alongside the co-founders and leaders of this network and personally choose to support many companies that are certified as B-Corps. Fun fact, I also helped work on the language for the legislation that first allowed B-Corps to be formed in the early 2000s. I often encourage clients and colleagues to check out their global map and events to help identify more opportunities to connect and contribute where they live, work, and play.

The Shift Network
A global community of teachers, futurists, healers, and transformational entrepreneurs, The Shift Network offers courses, retreats, and events to elevate our leadership capacities. I have known the founder, Stephen Dinan, for twenty years, and I greatly admire his vision. I have taken courses and even hosted a virtual event for the Shift Network. I have also gained so much value from the education AND the relationships.

Conscious Nona
For anyone who is local to central Florida, I invite you to join us for Conscious Nona events! I am a strategic advisor to the board of this local nonprofit, and our mission is to activate awareness, build connections, align with our core values, and collectively increase the vibration of Lake Nona. We offer holistic events, workshops, and networking for conscious leaders and entrepreneurs.

Living Room Conversations
The very first nonprofit that I co-founded in 2010 provides guides, training, and partnership opportunities for conversations proven to build bridges, increase trust, and reduce polarization by third-party research. You can learn about discussion topics, community conversations, and more on our website.
